In the context of our continuous growth and development, SingularLogic is seeking a high-caliber and enthusiastic HR & Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate with external customers ( public and private sector) to understand their needs and requirements.
• Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation/customization/parameterization of the HR & payroll application.
• Communicate specifications to developers to build and implement technology solutions on our solution.
• Provide consulting expertise for HR & Payroll software
• Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR & Payroll issues
• Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions
• Keeping updated with changes in government regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ of experience in Payroll positions, previous working experience as payroll consultant will be considered as a strong asset
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• Very good knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures
• Excellent customer-oriented skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of English language

Nice to have

• Experience in Databases (SQL/Oracle)
• Good knowledge of payroll software products
