As our IT Manager, you will ensure computer system security, develop, and implement computer systems, coordinate, and plan strategies to meet business goals and lead the IT team.

The job is based 6 months in Athens and 6 months in Cyclades.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of the IT service lifecycle from service design and operation to continuous improvement
• Reviewing, improving, and managing the flow between all our in-house systems and processes
• Ensure IT Security is first class and there are no security breaches
• Succeed in effective documentation of processes and systems
• Provide support to the team with their IT systems when required
• Ensure that all our systems (IT, network, business, office, computer networks, telephony) throughout the hotel and associated services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are secure from unauthorised access and viruses
• Actively contribute to the formulation of the hotel's overall business strategy
• Manage incoming projects and incidents that come into the IT team
• Backup Management

Required Skills & Experience

• IT background in the Hotel Industry
• BS and MSc in Computer Science
• High degree of ownership in all matters within the IT infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the Greek and English Language with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Hands-on experience with networking equipment of different vendors, network administration network installation
• Must be pleasant, courteous, cooperative and an enthusiastic team player who displays good interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Windows SERVER 2008/2012
• Macintosh hardware & software troubleshooting
• Applications including Opera, Micros Simphony
• HP / Cisco Router / Mikrotik
