Εστίαση / ΚαφέYour main responsibilities
- Oversee all employees during set-up, service and customer service for each meal
- Check and/or correct the flavour, presentation, correct temperature of foods and portions prepared before and during meal times
- Order all supplies required daily from the storeroom, following arrangements with the Sous Chef
- Provide continuous vocational education and training to all employees
- Check the food cost in relation to the budgets, as provided by the administration of the resort
- Oversee and supervise the hygiene and maintenance of all food preparation areas, equipment, freezer rooms and storerooms
Your main qualifications/skills
- Previous work experience as Chef de Cuisine in a 5* resort
- Culinary Degree
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes in addition to sanitation regulations
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Fluency in English (verbal)
