W.S. Karoulias, one of the oldest and largest distribution companies of spirits, beers and wines in Greece would like to employ a Trade Marketing Specialist, based in Athens, for the implementation of all activities in modern and convenience trade, as well as in e-commerce channel.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, understands and articulates category trends, shopper insights & drivers of products growth in all categories.
• Participates in the planning process, responsible for the trade category plan per channel and customer.
• Budgeting and monitoring A&P in order to make the best use of it
• Monitors category/brand market share, financial and execution performance by customer & channel to address issues and opportunities.
• Implement, Supervise, measure & report the effectiveness of all trade marketing programs.
• Carry out any other assignment as may be determined by management of the trade marketing function.
• Reports to Trade Marketing Manager

Requirements and skills

• Experience in Trade Marketing or Sales roles would be an asset.
• Capable of generating leads, building relationships, and making deals.
• Proven ability to work with teams and deliver results.
• Organized and pays attention to detail.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Proactive and Self Motivated
• Highly innovative while demonstrating strategic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language
