Job description

He / She is responsible for creating an exceptional guest culinary experience through preparation, cooking, and food presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares cooking materials, washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc. 
• Undertakes basic cooking duties such as boiling various types of sauce, blanching food, etc.
• Preparation of simple dishes, such as salads, appetizers
• Keeps the kitchen clean and tidy

Qualifications

• Diploma from a culinary school is a plus
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
