Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate chef de partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a chef de partie at 180° Sunset-Bar, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while contributing to our menu's excellence.

Position requirements

• Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.  
• Prepare and cook food according to prescribed menus, standardized recipes, and procedures, requiring the exercise of some judgment and initiative.
• Organize and prepare mis en place
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
• Reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine

Skills & Abilities

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a cook in a similar size operation
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
