Treasury Manager

Your main responsibilities
•    Preparation of payment plan and submission for approval 
•    Communicate with customers to route collections 
•    Communicate with suppliers to arrange payments  
•    Prepare, Execute and Oversee daily wire transfers domestic & foreign 
•    Accurately monitoring of bank accounts and overseeing payment process
•    Support Treasury and Cash Flow reporting
•    Supports audit procedure and cooperates with auditors 
•    Oversee cash management and credit risk, including weekly/monthly cash flow analysis, account funding, and external financing to control liquidity risk
•    Coordinate with internal Finance Division teams for timely completion of tasks and deliverables, including reconciling and sharing reports with stakeholders

Required Education / Qualifications / Other Accreditations
•    At least 2 years of experience as Treasury Officer or any other relevant position  
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related field 
•    Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English. 
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
•    Good knowledge of financial /accounting principles; 
•    Knowledge of SoftOne and Monday ERP systems would be considered as an asset 
•    Ability to effectively prioritize and manage an unpredictable workload and meet deadlines; 
•    Excellent time management and reliability 
•    Excellent organizational skills and results-driven       mentality
