Your Role: As an Area Coordinator for optical fiber network installation, you will oversee a team of technicians and workers responsible for the deployment of fiber optic infrastructure. The role will be based in Thessaloniki.

How You Will Contribute to Our Success:

• Oversee the work of engineers, technicians, and other personnel within the project’s designated area;
• Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards;
• Act as a central point of contact for communication and coordination between various teams and departments involved in the project;
• Manage project costs, supplies, and logistics;
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations;
• Update the company’s platform, producing accurate documentation and reporting about the project progress;
• Cooperate and communicate with the rest of the team for updates and adjustments.

To be a fit you will need:

• Background in Engineering or another technical field;
• Advanced MS Office skills;
• Driver’s License B’;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Good command of the English language, oral and written;
• Flexibility to work in different locations;
• Good communication and time management skills;
• Ability to reach everyday targets.
• Ideally you also have:
• Previous working experience in telecommunications or another related technical field.
