Responsibilities:
The candidate will provide pre-sales and product marketing for products and solutions in the Enterprise & Public Digitalization and ICT portfolio of INTRACOM TELECOM. The Presales Engineer will work in a challenging business environment, with local and international customers and business partners, constantly seeking to meet customers’ expectations and to demonstrate the competitive advantages against competing offerings.
He/she will be involved in the following activities:
- Respond to RFI/RFP/RFQs
- Follow technology trends and introduce new products and solutions accordingly.
- Market Analysis (Market Research, Technology Assessment, and Competitive Analysis)
- Working with vendor partners to help drive business
- Promote products/solutions at exhibitions and conferences
- Co-ordinate and supervise on-site POCs and pilots to demonstrate offered solutions’ capabilities within clients’ target environment
- Prepare & maintain Product/Solution Collateral & Sales Material
- Design solutions with the optimal combination of HW, SW and implementation services
- Conduct Presentations & Demos to customers
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a presales role is essential
- Good knowledge of SaaS Products in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Management (ERP), Payment Processing, Cloud Monitoring
- Very good understanding of IT systems architecture and integration techniques
- Previous experience in any of the following business verticals: Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Transportation
- Capability & willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent speaking and writing fluency in Greek and English languages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Involvement in ICT projects
- Knowledge of IoT market & relevant products & solutions will be a big plus
- Good understanding of Greek & Balkan ICT market & IT Business scenarios
- Bid management experience
