ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an E-Commerce/E-Shop Administrator.

📌 Location: Athens (Glyfada)

📍 Working Model: On-site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Manager

What you will do:

• Manage and update product listings and descriptions on the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability information is displayed.
• Handle online customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Analyze and report on sales data and website performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
• Familiarity with the Shopify platform
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
