Max Greece is looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the clients’ objectives, setting campaign goals, creating campaigns & optimizing the overall performance of the account.
To be a great fit you should have a strong understanding of performance marketing tools, platforms & strategies, so as to create and implement successful digital advertising campaigns.
Main responsibilities:
- Create, develop, optimize & analyze digital campaigns in Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok & LinkedIn ads
- Use Google Analytics in order to track website traffic
- Report in detail the performance of the digital activations through relevant tools
- Propose performance strategies and additional campaigns to grow the client's business
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create digital campaigns materials
- Implement Competition Analysis utilizing suitable platforms
The ideal candidate must have:
- Hands-on proven experience managing digital campaigns in Google AdWords, Facebook Business etc. for at least 2 years
- Basic knowledge in GA4
- Expertise in creating the ideal digital performance campaign mix
- Good understanding of digital KPI's and metrics
- Ability to translate numbers into insights and recommendations
- Ability to focus on detail without losing the bigger picture
- Strong orientation to results
- Excellent communication skills
