Customer Care Agent (Portuguese Speaking)

Novibet is looking for the next Customer Care Agent (Portuguese Speaker) to join our team in our offices in Athens.

Your role

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, live chat, email & social media
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Update our internal databases with information and record inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with our Product teams


Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (Brazil) and English (verbal and written) is a must- have
  • Fluency in Greek is nice-to- have
  • Experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar CS role is appreciated
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Customer oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
