Call Center Agent

Zakcret Sports SA, one of the leading sport retailers in Greece, with 36 stores (31 Zakcret Sports & 5 SneakerCage) and 4 e-shops, 500 employees and an extremely dynamic Line performance, is looking for a Call Center Agent for the eshops, based at our headquarters in Spata, Attica.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and manage inquiries regarding products and orders 
  • Be responsible for the quick and efficient response to the customer’s needs
  • Acknowledge, forward & resolve client questions and complaints
  • Communicate internally with other departments, following up on pending issues related to customer's requests
  • Be always updated with the company's products and promos as required

Qualifications/ Competencies

  • Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a call center agent
  • Be familiar with a call center’s technology
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • PC literacy (excellent user of Ms Office suit)

Personal Skills

  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer oriented professional
