Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage the Management Team's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Leverage technology to enhance efficiency, including virtual meeting platforms, project management tools, and communication apps
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Oversee office coordination, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Provide general support to visitors

 Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Fluency in both English and Greek (written and oral)
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Past proven administrative experience for at least 3 years
