- Expertly manage the Management Team's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Leverage technology to enhance efficiency, including virtual meeting platforms, project management tools, and communication apps
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications
- Oversee office coordination, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Provide general support to visitors

Qualifications
- College degree

- Past proven administrative experience for at least 3 years
