Office Administrator

NAOS is one of the first independent skincare companies in the world. NAOS has created 3 brands inspired by eco-biology - BIODERMA, ESTHEDERM, and ETAT PUR. BIODERMA is leading dermo-cosmetic brand in pharmacies in Greece.

In connection with the development of the business, NAOS Greece is seeking a dynamic and open-minded candidate for the position of Office administrator.

The position mission:

Manages all the administrative tasks and documentation of the company. First point of contact for external partners and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for replenishing office space, supplies and consumables
  • Manage incoming telephone calls
  • Manage purchase invoices received by the company, ensuring timely approval and submission for accounting
  • Support commercial department both in terms of communication, reporting and managing business contracts
  • Orders gift vouchers upon request, stores them in the cash register, and maintains a register of their movements
  • Maintain the file of employee vacations, sick leave, and attendance records in the platform
  • Maintain and monitor all necessary documents related to Occupational Health requirements
  • Coordinate the use of leasing and company cars with the company's vehicle service provider and support the organization of planned business trips
  • Organize the sending of gifts to Bioderma Club clients and assists marketing team in the preparation of PR boxes
  • Manage the upcoming Esthederm online store, including placing orders to our 3rd party Logistics partner

Skills and Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Economics or similar
  • Foreign languages: Fluent English is a must
  • Other requirements: MS Office excellent
