Responsibilities:
- Providing customer support for invoicing and pricing inquiries
- Assisting customers with offers and deals
- Investigating and resolving complaints, particularly in insurance-related matters
- Managing projects related to customer support initiatives
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (University/College diploma preferred; high school diploma also accepted)
- Preferred experience in customer support within the Healthcare sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with presentations and data management
