Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Manage and prioritize tasks and requests from clients, effectively delegating them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally, ensuring that all parties are informed of relevant updates and deadlines.
- Maintain and organize digital files using Google Drive, ensuring easy access and efficiency.
- Ensure the timely delivery of services to clients, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing basic digital marketing tasks and initiatives to enhance our company’s presence and engagement with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both Greek and English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with basic technology including Google Drive and other productivity tools.
- Experience in or basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
