Job Description

This is a full-time job position in customer service. Duties include communication (via phone or e-mails) with the customers and the mills in order to inform and update, handling of orders, organizing the paperwork that follows the orders, and negotiating with mills and customers. Ability to travel abroad for customer service training at the paper mills when needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate in English, in both writing and speaking.
  • Excellent knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Commitment for long term co-operation.

Desired requirements

  • Knowledge of imports and exports.
  • Knowledge in international trade.
  • Experience in communicating with business customers (B2B).
  • Knowledge or experience of the market in which we operate.
