Marketing and CRM Operations Manager

As Head of CRM you will be responsible for the conversion, retention and reactivation of existing customers. You will also design and implement churn prevention programs, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further increase Sportsbook & Casino profitability, engage and monetize players. 


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivery of all CRM activity for the business – including e-mail, direct mail, SMS marketing, site/mobile messaging, loyalty program(s) and other activity streams as required
  • Overseeing design, testing, execution, analysis and optimization of all CRM campaigns throughout the player lifecycle (conversion, retention & reactivation)
  • Participation in segmentation decisions
  • Implement customer life cycle funnels
  • Act as a main stakeholder for the campaign calendar
  • Build campaigns
  • Design customer journeys 
  • Promotion planning and execution including pre and post-analysis
  • Manage budgets across the markets
  • Constantly improve and optimize communication
  • Oversee campaign designs and write marketing copy
  • Come up with new programs and automations to drive market KPIs
  • Engage internal analysts in generating actionable insights using market and customer data
  • Drive development of internal tools
  • Keep abreast of industry best practice and share learning’s with the wider team on a consistent basis




  • Experience of actively using and optimizing CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
  • Understanding of casino/betting products
