We are looking for a Cisco Voice Engineer that will work under the following conditions:

The ideal candidate
should have excellent British or American English accent and the following
Responds to and logs all inquiries received from
clients via telephone, email, or client portal
Liaison with client to ensure that requests or problem
reports have been satisfactorily handled
Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and
defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables
Keeps well documented and updated case notes on all
Provides daily communication to clients on outstanding
Provides first, second and third level customer
support including troubleshooting issues with computer hardware,
network/internet connectivity, email, and software applications
The ability to participate effectively in multiple
support efforts and provide technical expertise
The ability to communicate effectively to
and non-technical audiences
Creates and maintains client-related documentation
Actively participates as a strategic member of the
technology team, including participating in team meetings and providing
technical support for our managed service clients
We are hiring for the late
shift (Athens Local Time)
Shift 2 - 15:00 – 0:00 with a 1-hour break
Our holiday schedule is not what you are used to. Our helpdesk is a 24x7
helpdesk however we do have a few holidays here that we are just on call.
Some of our holidays in the US do not line up with the ones in Greece but some
of the Greek ones do not line up with the ones in the US.
On Call – currently our desk has support 7AM EST to 8PM EST and we are moving
to 24x5 and on call weekends. Meaning that each member of the team will
be on call for a weekend ever 4-6 weeks but you will be compensated
additionally for this.
Team work – it is imperative that we have and good understanding of teamwork
and team spirit. We all work together.
