Country Sales Manager
On behalf of Yudigar Hellas S.A, member of HMY group, we are looking for vibrant professionals to cover the position of Country Sales Manager. HMY is the leading group in the engineering, manufacturing & fitting of retail furniture which offers brands & retail consulting, design & architecture services, site & project management, general contracting & tech solutions.

- Prepare the budget of the annual business plan (sales, MB, Operating Expenses, Fixed Expenses, Personnel, etc.) and the country's strategic plan to be validated by Commercial Director of Subsidiaries.
- Manage and coordinating the Delegation team in order to achieve the business objectives, orienting them towards the achievement of objectives, establishing specific training plans and motivation.
- Define with the commercial team the commercial plans in the short and medium term to achieve the annual goals set by the annual business plan based on the Company's general objectives, designing the necessary strategies and supervising their implementation.
- Know the evolution of the market and the products in your sector to apply the necessary measures.
- Be responsible for the negotiation and monitoring of large accounts when the importance or volume of the operation requires it.
- Establish the sales criteria: margin of operation, management and collection deadlines.
- University degree in Business Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Spanish language will be considered an asset
- Flexible to travel
