As Field Sales Representative you will have the chance to get involved in company’s commercial success providing your experience in Organized Trade and growth mindset. Reporting to Field Manager South GR, you will be based in Athens and responsible for:

Visiting territory accounts capturing business opportunities and achieving competitively superior in-store presence in order to improve company’s results against competition
Building productive trust relationships with customers over time and identifying customers needs in order to captivate opportunities and maximize company’s sales targets achievement
Implementing all necessary in-store activities ensuring compliance with agreed planograms according to corporate Shopper Marketing priorities
Monitoring and ensuring fulfilment of central agreements regarding 2nd placements and sell-out promotions while detecting and managing opportunities to close additional activities in each store
Monitoring sales targets progress and reporting relevant KPIs to Sales team analyzing growth opportunities per customer, SKU, area etc
Working closely with different functions to drive sales growth by demonstrating business ownership and strong capacity to achieve great results


You are qualified for the role if you combine the following:

A Bachelor Degree in Business; an MBA or Master will be considered a strong asset
Previous relevant sales experience will be considered an asset; preferably in FMCG
Business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial approach; ability to identify and act upon business opportunities
Excellent command both of English and Greek
Proficiency in using MS Office and especially Excel
Numerical & Analytical skills
Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a market-oriented approach
Flexibility to get involved in ad hoc projects and support Sales team training needs
Valid driving license
