ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a multinational Company in Greece operating in the Oil & Energy sector, is looking for an experienced professional for the position of:

  Industrial Sales Engineer  (ref:0959/IST/ESS/GR/1)

The Role:

Assist the Cluster Industrial Sales manager in all aspects to implement the strategy and achieve annual sales targets through proper planning, execution and performance management.

 

Position Profile:

 

  • Support the Cluster Sales manager in the development and performance management of annual business plans, including preparation for performance reviews with Senior Management
  • Support the Cluster Sales manager in the development and performance management of the regional prospecting strategy
  • Accompany Sales team on customer visits and support prospecting activity, including development of customer account plans and negotiation of contracts
  • Become familiar with the use of key sales process and tools, including CRM and pipeline management
  • Provide the Cluster Sales manager with status updates on key sales related projects within the region
  • Support the Business Development team in the development of business cases to support hunting activity
  • Active member of team to deliver annual sales conferences
  • Accountable to deliver projects and/or business analysis reports on behalf of the Cluster Sales manager
  • Support co-ordination of issues and requests from other functions such as Marketing, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.

 

Απαιτήσεις

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ experience Sales & Marketing
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication & negotiations skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
  • Efficient, with achievement drive and results orientation.
