Place: PIKERMI, ATTICA
Develops ATL, BTL and Trade Marketing activities for the market, in order to contribute to the realization of company’s strategic objectives.
- Participate in the development of the brand strategy.
- Execute effectively every element of consumer marketing plan (ATL, BTL).
- Participates in handling budget and brand P&L.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitive environment, as well as performance of their brand and come up with recommendations/actions.
- Develop product initiatives, through NPD and innovation.
- Manage the process, positioning and concept development.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- University degree. Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is essential.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in Marketing, with a proven track record of successful ATL and BTL projects in the food sector.
- Experience in market research, budgeting, forecasting and P&L is a must.
- Excellent PC skills and excellent communication skills in both English and Greek.
- Military service obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Creativity, innovation and strong will to succeed in a result oriented environment.
- Ability to work efficiently & effectively under pressure.
- Handling of complexity, drive for results, idea leadership, team orientation, personal leadership.
