e-Commerce Manager (Code: EC317)

(Based in Kifissia Premises)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate in the development of the online business strategy
  • Ensure ongoing that the e-shop is easy to use and navigate, and that it includes all the functions that visitors need to select, order and pay for products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the e-shop
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners ensuring delivery in adherence with NOTOS guidelines and brand positioning
  • Coordinate and supervise all web, SEO/SEM, google campaigns, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), against the PnL, against the Stakeholder
  • Be responsible for the planning and supervising of content creation as well as the briefing of internal project faculty (including copy writing, graphic designing, photo/video shootings) ensuring delivery in adherence with Notos guidelines and brand positioning
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Keep up to date with Web technology, introducing additional functionalities
  • Manage daily and coordinate the internal project faculty (brands manager, copy writer, graphic designer, photographer, administrator, customer service)

Skills & Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing and/or Business. University Degree related to e-Commerce/Computer Sciences/Business Studies will be considered an asset
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in E-commerce. Working experience as an expert or manager in a multichannel or digital background, preferably in Fashion
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations with full life-cycle digital projects from initial scoping through delivery including UATs
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media
  • Excellent knowledge of web analytics and data analysis
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinking & business acumen with emphasis on analytical & synthetic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with different levels
