Position summary

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will develop, implement, track and optimize all digital marketing campaigns across online channels for e-Travel products (flights, cars, ferries). You will be responsible for utilizing existing marketing tools & strategies, as well as introducing new ones, in order to lead digital campaigns from inception to execution. The position resides within the Marketing department and reports to the Commercial Director. You will also work in close cooperation with the product development and IT teams.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Business/Marketing, Economics, Math, Finance etc
  • 2-5 years previous work experience ideally in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience with Adwords, Facebook, email marketing and/or other online channels/initiatives
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Results and metrics driven with a love for numbers
  • Business acumen, ability to translate findings into business actions and see a project through
  • Strong project management skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral & written) in both English and Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of excel
  • Experience with Qlikview will be considered a plus
  • Ability to work without close supervision, quick and resourceful



Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns end to end (cpc, email, social media)
  • Accountable for the P&L of the channel(s) & product(s) you will be responsible for
  • Develop go to market strategy
  • Assessment, sizing and implementation of other digital marketing initiatives
  • Perform data analysis that will uncover valuable insights to be turned into actions
  • Analyse sales and create customer segments by leveraging e-Travel's customer database to market products more effectively
  • Discover, propose, and implement cross-selling opportunities
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and set up KPIs to monitor digital marketing initiatives
  • Prepare channel/product progress presentations for the management team
  • Online research of market & competition
  • Analyze booking path & monitor conversion rate
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendor parties and key partners
  • Propose new tools and strategies and stay up to date with emerging technologies
