We see each new colleague as a unique team member and a major investment for our company’s future, and now we are looking for a talented and highly-motivated “Sales Training Advisor" to join a team of bright professionals.

Main Tasks:

  • Deliver and facilitate front line Wind Store and Commercial employees’ training
  • Provide on the job coaching and e-learning for supporting sales performance
  • Assist in the design and in the implementation of the Wind Stores induction program for new employees
  • Create training aids such as training handbooks, job aids, presentations, questionnaires
  • Administer training surveys and conduct evaluations on all training programs and projects, as well as monitor and report the effectiveness of each training group of employees
  • Identify employee sales performance gaps and conduct assessments to uncover development needs
  • Evaluate on-going sales training programs to determine if skills and job knowledge have been achieved and successfully implemented/maintained in the Wind Stores
  • Act as a Business Partner between Commercial Training and other Commercial Departments

REQUIREMENTS
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales or other related discipline
  • 4 or more years work experience in a similar role with at least 2 of them as a Store Manager Supervisor
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent skills in presenting, communicating, inspiring
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Conscientious, self-motivated
  • Relevant experience in Telecommunications or Retail industry will be considered an asset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
