In December 2010 “Solimar Hotels & Resorts” was established in Heraklion of Crete. Founded by proven hospitality management professionals, leaders on possessing, some of the best experience in the industry.
Solimar Hotels & Resorts executives each have over 25 years’ industry specific experience and expertise operating hotel assets ranging from limited service to resort centers.
The operational orientation of Solimar Hotels & Resorts is that we will become one of the nation’s leading hospitality industry companies by following a fairly simple philosophy ‘offer a product of outstanding quality with equally outstanding values’. The simplicity of that principle is backed up by a lot of hard work and years of experience. Solimar Hotels & Resorts provides many services for it clients such as hotel management, hotel development, hotel brokerage, promotion and various other services for hotels and other hospitality and tourism business. Currently, we manage Dias Solimar Hotel & Solimar Apart-hotel, with numerous additional properties under proposal.

Solimar Hotels & Resorts has established new Head offices in Heraklion of Crete. To achieve peak efficiency, we support all our properties and general managers through the central offices that provide routine management services including auditing, payroll, invoicing, taxes, insurance, budgets, legal services and training for each property.
In addition to each property’s individual sales & marketing efforts, we maintain a corporate marketing department that coordinates regional and national marketing opportunities that benefit each hotel individually and collectively.
Our vision is the continuous and dynamic development of the group through today’s marketplace, which is extremely competitive, and transforms unique small to mid-size hotels into signature properties throughout our program of ‘three & four stars collection hotels’.
