Περιγραφή

Synergy SA is a high end meat retailer, selling prepackaged organic meat. 
We are seeking to hire full time a Sales Representative to join our team. The  Sales Representative will provide assistance to the retail teams of both stores (N.Erithrea & N.Psihiko) and support to our wholesale partners by visiting their POS in order to manage the increasing demand for the company’s products.
The Sales Representative will act as an ambassador of the Eviotopoi brand in the stores and at the POS. She or he welcomes, advises and guides the clientele to products to suit their needs and attains the sales targets of the store notably-through exceptional customer service. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:
  • Welcome the customers and identify their needs.
  • Inform both prospective and new clients on our products and concept.
  • Start a subscription for new customers, open their account.
  • Actively manage the database on a daily basis and permanently update customer records.
  • Invoicing using the company’s ERP.
  • Adhere to cash handling/management procedure.
  • Fill the displays with products on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that the store is clean (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented etc).

PR & Events
  • Actively contribute towards the execution of promotions and special events

Training and Coaching
  • Constantly update one’s knowledge/competencies on the Eviotopoi concept.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Is a TEI or AEI graduate preferably from a business school
  • Is experienced in retail sales

Languages:
  • Fluency in Greek and English 

PC requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of internet and office applications (word, excel)
  • ERP knowledge will be considered as a plus
