Our company is a Greek company in manufacturing and marketing of innovative, life improving medical technologies in the fields of vascular, oncology, orthopaedics, diabetics and surgical speciality products.

A new position of Sales Rep & Customer Support has now open in Athens area.  Individual will be responsible for the below roles:
The first is to be at customer’s field, hospitals and clinics, be responsible and manage customer’s –patient’s necessary documents and process of social security funds and public insurer, in order the company to collect the appropriate reimbursement.  
At the near future he/she will also support and eventually develop our company’s sales department.

  • Collecting documents from customer’s field, visit public insurer’s subsidiary and follow the appropriate process such as delivering invoices and follow up company’s reimbursement.
  • Daily monitor with detail, customer's fulfillment obligations and manage accordingly to company's policy.
  • Collecting debts from the customers and rate customers under company’s program.
  • Handling customers requests with regard the products of our company.
  • Select appropriate information from customers, forward information and answer questions.
  • Preserve and observe company's procedures for documents and product distribution.
  • Acquiring new customers and support existing ones with the aim to increase sales revenue and market share through call sales.
  • Daily presence in hospitals, clinics, ministry of health departments and customer’s site.
  • In near future, execution of all Sales activity & strategy from: new product introduction such as instruction and presentation to customers/hospitals/clinics.
  • Proactive analysis of market trends and developments as well as handling competition.
  • Execute activity reports as requested by company’s management.


The ideal candidate will likely have 3+ years of medical sales and/or sales support in medical devices industry sector.  
Sales experience with a reasonable blend on Healthcare Professional products and sales support will be an asset. 

The individual must have:
  • Knowledge of healthcare, including expertise in diseases, treatments and medical procedures.
  • A successful track record of developing relationships with consumers, customers and key stakeholders is highly valued.

Mandatory requirements:
  • High expertise in processes, scheduling and executing daily obligations.
  • Unemployment card in OAED. 
  • Strong focus on customer service and an orientation to the needs of the Field Customer Care.
  • Skills in Microsoft office package.
  • Tactics to grow volume and market share through call sales.
  • Implementation in documents processing on the field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Have an understanding of market dynamics and business practices.

  • Bachelor or similar degree required (preferable in Business Administration, Physcology, Economics, Medical field)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (above or equal to  Lower degree)

Has the energy and talent to drive the customer service process.  Displays courage and patience. Demonstrated track record of quality and quantity success.  Shows hunger to learn and keep up to date.  Communicates clearly and fluently.
