Digital Marketing Manager

BlueVillas is an online-first travel agency specializing in private serviced villas in the Greek Islands. Our headquarters are in Piraeus, Greece and we are looking for a creative, hard-working individual to become our new Digital Marketing Manager.  You should have extensive experience in Digital Marketing and the Travel or Fashion Industry. You will be responsible for marketing the brand across all channels, with the aim to increase brand awareness, build a stronger community and, ultimately, increase bookings. 
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiated

Digital Brand Management
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Develop new, creative marketing ideas to keep our competitive edge.
  • Curate and grow our online fellowship and community.

Digital Marketing
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Work with Content Writer to plan content, schedule, and edit content on newsletters, Social Media, and blog. 
  • Grow leads by developing lead generation content, landing pages and call-to-actions.
  • Answer all social requests regarding BlueVillas.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Monitor Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Mailchimp Analytics, and any other relevant channel’s analytics and adjust Marketing practices accordingly.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new digital trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. 

Experience/ Skills
  • Degree in digital marketing or equivalent working experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English (creativity, spelling, and grammar).
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
  • Research and analysis.
