Novibet is currently seeking for a professional to cover the following position:

Customer Support Agent

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Deal directly & manage effectively customer queries via Live Chat, Email, Skype & Telephone.
  • Provide information about product
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions. Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Give feedback about customer experience to management in order to improve product and meet customer needs.

Required skills:

  • Fluency in English & Greek
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to the job on a long-term basis
  • Flexibility to work on shifts base
