Job Summary

We are seeking to appoint a CRM & IT specialist. The position holder will be based in Athens and will be supporting Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, Slovenia, Croatia, Turkey.

The role will have a strong interface with users of the relevant systems (e.g. medical representatives, sales managers, marketing colleagues, country managers, managing director, relevant colleagues at HQs and external IT vendors).


Purpose of the Job

  • Serves as the regional expert and advisor on the use of sales tracking tools and their analytics
  • Serves as an expert for the use of company’s CRM system and its relevant analytics and supports their use
  • Provides the required support for the use of digital solutions as communication channels of the company’s campaigns towards its stakeholders
  • Focuses both on the identification of technical solutions that serve the above purposes, as well as on the training of users on these solutions and the advancing of adoption by the users, by linking the solutions to the users’ business needs



Key responsibilities

  • Acts as CRM administrator (manages users, territories, reports etc.)
  • Partners with leadership and brand teams to identify business needs and address them with system functions (e.g.  by building foundational analytics, reporting to track business)
  • Creates and manages CRM & BI reports, communicating key insights to senior management
  • Identifies, evaluates and selects sales data from several sources to be used in the local Analytics solution
  • Manages external vendors and partners
  • Provides input for the creation of digital strategy
  • Handles the implementation of the technical part of the solution
  • Provides training to users, linking the tool to their needs
  • Manages sites by updating content of internet and intranet sites according to corporate guidelines
  • Acts as main contact person in IT related issues for corporate IT, as well as for external IT service providers
  • Implements corporate standard operating procedures, incl. security policies and procedures
  • Gives input regarding IT costs in Annual Business Plan and follows up IT costs so that they are kept within agreed budget


Qualifications & skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (preferably computer science, technical university degree) /   MBA will be considered an asset
  • Experience in Business Intelligence area
  • Wide experience in managing CRM systems
  • Experience in the synthesis and analysis of data
  • Advanced computer knowledge with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
  • Experience from working with other countries/ cultures will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence (including ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences)
  • Training skills
  • Ability to identify business and internal clients’ needs   
  • Flexible and change-minded with solution seeking attitude
  • Structured with project management skills
