BILLING & METERING AGENT (CUSTOMER CARE)
On behalf of our Exclusive Dealer BFON
ROLE

Administration of the Billing process  (pre billing preparations and after billing support: e-mails/ energy reports/ printing, company upload – download – checks – shipping - billing forms update).

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Measurements administration (checks-corrections-uploads)
  • Collaboration with municipalities (upload files, MNCPL reporting for attribution, printing company upload – download – checks - shipping/ etc.)
  • Customer Care support (for bills measurements/ competitive & regulated charges, reporting, e-mails, extracting fees)
  • Prepare payment approvals for 3rd party billing vendors
  • Support on “bridging" processes with operating platforms (ERP, CRM)
  • Platform upload for meter termination process after customer request
  • Communication with relevant public authorities.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
  • TEI/AEI Degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics,  Business or IT related disciplines 
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent analytical & numerical skills and handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Strong teamwork, communication and discipline
