Summary of job requirements

Our client, an Entertainment and Leisure company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team in Limassol.


The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager while developing and implementing hospitality and leisure industry’s standards focusing on specified project.

Draft, design and implement relevant quality assurance policies and/or procedures for various processes (e.g. dress code, customer service, working practices etc).

Perform evaluations on-site.

Handle customers’ complaints in a professional manner.

Identify needs of training and execute appropriate practices.

Ensure that business is operating in accordance with regulations of the industry and local legislation.


Bachelor’s or higher degree, preferably in Hospitality Management area.

Fluent in English AND Russian. Knowledge of Greek language will be considered as a strong advantage.

Proven experience in similar role of at least 3 years.

PC and MS Office literate.

Detail-oriented, efficiency in prioritizing and organizing, confident communication skills.
