Salary:  1,200 Euros gross.

Summary of job requirements

This Corporate Services Company in Limassol is looking for an Assistant Corporate Administrator with excellent English skills.

The Administrator is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet company requirements and provide support to all company operations with its Clients. The employee must report directly to the Office Manager.


Answering all company calls, transferring calls to relevant Company members and taking messages where necessary

Arranging appointments and maintaining calendar in an accurate and timely manner

Reviewing and answering company correspondence

Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post

Filtering and scanning mailboxes for other members of the Company. Respond in a prompt, professional and timely manner at all times

Performing other related duties as required by the Company Director and report to him accordingly (Among other tasks may include typing, filing, data input and etc.)

Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing Manage the filing, storage and security of Company records. All files should be maintained properly and new data should be filed regularly

Ensure new files are created for new companies

Obtain and maintain all up to date KYC documentation for each company

Provide secretarial and administrative support to accounting and legal departments with any tasks related to the Company business as required

Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment to ensure smooth operation of the office

Maintain business premises (the office) clean and tidy at all times

Maintain a daily/weekly time log-book (timesheet) as required by the Company

Make the necessary travelling arrangements for the Company Director as per his request.

Assist the Marketing Executive with her tasks such as preparation of a weekly newsletter for the company, post it online and e-mail it to our database, clients etc.

Assist the Marketing Executive with the promotion of the company’s services to new & existing markets

Maintaining a clear and up to date electronic contact list for the company


Understanding corporate companies: dealt before with banks, KYC, email correspondence with clients etc.

Excellent English skills

Strong communication skills, both verbally and written

Good at time management

Excellent organization skills

Motivated, committed and disciplined

Taking initiative

The working hours are 8:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday

The company is offering a salary of 1,200 Euros gross
