Technical Account Manager (Λάρισα)

Role purpose:

The job holder will be responsible for the sales of Vodafone’s Data networking, fixed telephony & ICT services and solutions (SaaS, IaaS, IoT, Security) to SME & SoHo customers, in cooperation with the business sales teams and the commercial partners.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

  • Clients and sales plans analysis

  • Client’s needs investigation

  • Cooperation with the technical and marketing departments for the creation of technical / commercial proposals

  • Presentation of services and solutions to customers

  • Direct sales of services and solutions to customers

  • Handling the cooperation with selected customers and the achievement of commercial targets
