AREA VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Your responsibilities

The Area Visual Merchandiser role at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. As Area Visual Merchandiser you play a key role in securing a consistently high level in our stores that is both inspirational, commercially competitive and in line with the global guidelines. You will be part of area team and work cross functionally to maximize the area selling and profit.  
 Your core responsibilities include:
  • Secure the implementation of local commercial plan and follow up all sales campaigns and activities
  • Follow up the implementation of the Commercial handbook, through regular store visits and feedbacks, supporting the store teams to deliver Great Customer Experience
  • Work with selling reports, budgets and other available tools to make business decisions regarding visual merchandising
  • Ensure your store VM teams follow the visual routines and are up-to date with current fashion trends, visual guidelines and styling techniques
  • Share, inspire and educate your Area and store teams on seasonal fashion information during kick offs, meetings and store visits. 
  • Partner with the Area HR to forecast recruitment needs, recruit on time all in -store visual merchandiser positions and ensure they receive qualitative introduction training
  • Together with SM and Visual Merchandise Managers identify and develop visual talents creating a sustainable pipeline
  • Evaluate, develop and map the performance of visual store teams
  • Plan and deliver quality visual training or/and workshops for all visual roles

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Good communication skills 
  • Fashion knowledge
  • Ability to multi task, determine key priorities and delegate
  • Time management
  • Willing to travel
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal)

Unlimited local contract, based in Thessaloniki
