Multinational company, located in the industrial zone of Thessaloniki, is currently looking for an HR Assistant:

Key Responsibilities 
  • Execute monthly payroll and process of payroll data. 
  • Know payroll related laws, local regulations and taxation topics while keeping oneself constantly up to date
  • Maintain and update HR databases (e.g. employee records, vacation, annual leaves and sick leaves)
  • Maintaining personnel files and documents for staff in compliance with audit procedures
  • Revise HR policies and procedures
  • Administrate employees’ benefits, such as medical & life plan,  etc.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training programs, surveys)
  • Handle employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Provide HR metrics and analytics as requested
  • Any other related tasks as required by the HR Manager

Essential Skills 
  • University degree in Economics/Business Administration. Master degree in Human Resources management would be an asset
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar position, ideally within an international organization
  • Excellent knowledge of issuing and processing payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of Greek Insurance and Labour law
  • Integrity, teamwork spirit and good communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • High motivation and creativity
