Due to continuous growth, WATT+VOLT is seeking to recruit results-oriented and highly motivated HR professional for the role of: Recruiter

Job Role:

The job holder will be responsible for coordinating and implementing full-cycle of recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and selecting best employees as well as growing a strong talent pipeline


  • Manage overall recruiting process including job posting, sourcing applicants, screening, interviewing and forwarding qualified shortlisted applicants to hiring managers
  • Develop and apply resourceful HR recruiting practices to attract suitable candidates
  • Manage hiring and leaver process including full HR operation support in cooperation with outsourced provider as well as personnel changes communication
  • In cooperation with line managers identify training needs and organize training sessions
  • Assist with onboarding process of new employees to become fully integrated
  • Support in the performance evaluation process of Telesales teams and develop relevant reports
  • Develop and monitor KPIs reporting


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in Recruiting
  • Recruiting experience in call center environment is a plus
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong team spirit
  • Result oriented personality with strong decision-making skills
