We are an International Investment Group specialising in HR services and with us, you will have the chance to work as a Personal Accountant for one of our stakeholders, where you will:
  • Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
  • Ensuring payments’ accuracy
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Preparing and updating bank reconciliation report
  • Executing payments to vendors, contractors and employees
  • Coordinating the self billing invoices required for specific payments
  • Monitoring all vendors and contractors payment agreements, in order to ensure their accurate and timely payments
  • Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
  • Working within accounting as needed in resolving intercompany balances
  • Executing Payroll and Tax payments
  • Handling communicating with Vendors for payments, negotiations and invoices
  • Monitoring/producing per case the daily payment requests prior to their submission to the banking team
  • Ensuring that compliance standards are met
  • Supporting continuous improvement and lean initiatives that are implemented into the financial area
  • Reporting for all outflow activities
  • Cash flow report preparation and update
  • Maintaining historical records by electronic and physical filing
  • Demonstrating a high level of confidentiality
  • Assisting in other projects as needed

Almost forgot to tell you that you need to have:
  • Degree in Finance or related field
  • 1 or 2 years of relevant experience – preferably in a complex multi-site Organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English is a must
  • Good financial analysis skills
  • Proficient in excel
  • Attention to Detail
  • Self awareness
  • Can do and problem solving attitude
  • Very well organized and self – starter
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to be proactive and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
  • Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
  • Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in stressful situations
