Περιγραφή

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our HR team based in Athens. Having worked in a multinational environment, the ideal candidate should prove his/her demonstrated ability to facilitate the business while being responsible for crucial HR sub functions in an organization with a startup mentality.

  • Overseeing HR administration and documentation while drafting employment letters, contracts for new joiners etc.
  • Updating payroll records with monthly changes while having a basic payroll knowledge
  • Be responsible for Maintaining and updating HRIS Personnel records and contributing in HRMS reporting while creating user guides and presentations for system functionality, helping users get familiar with the system
  • Maintaining personnel files and documents for staff
  • Maintaining an Absence Management System while be responsible for managing shifts schedule on a monthly basis
  • Working closely with the benefits broker and insurance companies to coordinate and execute tasks in renewing, enrolling and terminating employee benefits
  • Facilitating and suggesting ways for the company's onboarding - smooth outboarding process
  • Facilitating the training administration processes
  • Assisting line management with human resource related queries.
  • Proposing people initiatives and plans while ensuring they are aligned to the business priorities and ensure employee engagement


Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following:

  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required.
  • 3-4 years' experience in HR roles in a complex global environment, preferably in a high technology environment
  • Experienced user of HRIS systems
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal
  • Good understanding of startup mentality
  • Embracing the flat organization mentality while having the ability to be excellent in self organization and self-motivation
  • Entrepreneurship acumen
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Skills/Behaviors:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent planning and problem solving skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment and deal with ambiguity.
