SofMedica is member of an education – driven group of healthcare companies which operates since 1994 in South – Eastern Europe (Romania, Greece, Bulgaria & Cyprus), providing thousands of patients with lifesaving technologies such as minimally-invasive surgery, robotic magnetic navigation, and others.

They key duties of the role will include:
  • Clinical support of Cardiovascular cases in the hospitals of responsibility
  • Check in monthly basis as to ensure the achievement of the Sales Forecast
  • Makes proposition for the planning of the business Unit  commercial policy
      • Providing market information
      • Communicate with hospitals’ administrations
      • Participate in the preparation of financial offers
  • Follow up the agreements with clients
  • Organizes, prepares and ensures the monthly adequacy of the business unit products according to sales history and sales forecast
  • Creates marketing material and ensuring a sufficient stock for promoting  products
  • Making contacts with active or potential clients in a daily basis, in order to identify possible sales, achieve the sales targets and to further develop the business unit. 
  • Attend events aiming to find new doctors who can be potential users of the business unit he represents
  • Weekly reporting of his daily activities
  • Actively participates in the preparation and the follow-up of tender files
  • Helps in the creation of company’s presentations
  • Presents the results of the hospitals of his responsibility to his Manager and Team
  • Organizes training seminars in clinics/hospitals to train new surgeons
  • Communicates with doctors for the preparation and organizing of the seminars/ workshops
  • Coordinates all relevant events/workshops (catering-trainees-tickets).
  • Follow up after the end of each seminar / workshop

A well-motivated, dynamic and hardworking individual who possesses good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively on all levels within an organization.
  • The successful candidate will be a proactive and energetic sales person with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in cardiovascular surgery sales
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in cardiovascular clinical support
  • Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior executives and key opinion leaders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong ethics and loyalty to the company
  • Must be proficient in English language and computer literate 
  • Able to extend hours on occasions when required
  • Clean B driving license
  • Availability to travel throughout the country (visiting clients, developing relationships with key customers, etc.)
