Currently, we are looking for a self-motivated Business development and sales engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact daily new prospects who could benefit from our products (VoIP services & vPBX)
  • Establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers and partners
  • Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
  • Feed back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff
  • Understand and document business needs, acquire requirements and prepare quotes for customer
  • Make presentations and demonstrating how our services will meet client needs to high or mid-level executives
  • Manage and interpreting customer requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by collaborating with our Professional Services Engineers
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education for partners, RFPs or internally
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events


Requirements

Must Have:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Strong technology background
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (both over the phone and in writing)
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Good to have:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Solid experience in telecommunications
