As a leading stockist of men's designer clothing, we offer a diverse range of brands such as Armani, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren and many more .We are working hard to be an established e-commerce company, and we aim to provide a shopping experience as unique as you would expect from our stores. We are looking to add an E-commerce manager assistant to contribute with the strategic vision as we grow, and in hands-on fashion, guide all front-end and some middle-layer projects from inception to launch. The successful candidate should not only possess analytical intelligence, but just as important, creativity, cleverness and an agile mind.


  • To ensure all content on site is correct and available.
  • To take charge of all content management provision including product, imagery, design and marketing.
  • Content creation – product descriptions, email copy, and photography
  • SEO - writing on page content, blog posts, continually work with web developers & agency to improve the portfolio of site SEO scoring including the analysis of keywords and monitoring of performance.
  •  Assist to set the strategic direction for key online, quantitative marketing channels including search, marketplaces and comparison shopping engines
  • Social media – developing content ideas, scheduling posts
  • To ensure the sites are properly configured and optimised for domestic & international e-commerce.
  • Work closely with the ecommerce team and provide regular guidance and help regarding prioritisation and goal setting for projects.
  • Work with colleagues from merchandising, marketing and creative teams to effectively promote key product stories and promotions
  • Propose web only Promo's to Merchandiser to boost sales
  • To manage online promotions and promotional activity and to analyse and report on performance when complete using these insights to shape suggested improvements and / or future promotional activity.
  • Ensure all Promotions are launched & marketed in line with physical stores, ensuring consistency of message.
  • Assist in preparing products for Web photography shoots, ensuring SALE team provide correct samples & relevant info to ensure lines are web ready.
  • Work closely with the sales team and provide regular guidance and help regarding prioritisation and goal setting for online projects.
  • Monitoring competitors to ensure current market expectations are being met


  •  Internet and Digital Technology enthusiast.
  • Must be able to multi task and organise own workflow
  • Undergraduate Diploma either in marketing and communication or in Computer Science. or equivalent experience on B2C businesses and thorough understanding of online retailing PC literate (MS Office).
  • Excel super user Working knowledge of CMS platforms (eg. Magento, Wordpress, prestashop, etc).
  • Understanding of online marketing channels including search, marketplaces & comparison shopping engines
  • Familiar with SEO techniques (Title phrasing, keyword analysis, backlink building, etc).
  • Working or theoretical knowledge of basic online marketing principles
  • Experience in copywriting is not necessary but it will be appreciated
  • A love for fashion or strong trend awareness, branding knowledge and interest in fashion industry is welcomed
