Senior Copywriter & Communications Specialist
(Ref. DMCE)

We are looking for Senior Copywriter & Communications Specialist to join a young, dynamic and super-talented team that develops and implements end to end B2B and B2C global marketing strategies for our certification products and testing solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for promoting the PEOPLECERT brand to customers and other influencers through communications via all established PEOPLECERT comms channels. In addition, you will exploit all available opportunities in the digital space, aiming to establish and manage the company's online presence. You will be driving digital marketing communications through an ever-growing social media presence, using your marketing knowledge and skills to their fullest potential.

You have a way with words, and can turn the English language on its head, with creative, smart and engaging copywriting skills.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communications skills, intelligent social media marketing acumen, and expert SEO/SEM knowledge, to ensure that the company's brand is at the forefront of the certification industry.


  • Providing opinion, input and expertise to all communications requirements of marketing team
  • Implementation of monthly newsletter
  • Copywriting, development, management and reporting of DM / EDM
  • Development and maintenance of PEOPLECERT blog
  • Development of content with thought leadership, opinion, content marketing, and more
  • Copywriting for website, marketing collateral, advertising copy, providing supplemental communications support to the team
  • Tracking effectiveness of all communications and proposing a diverse mix of channels that maximize ROI and keep clients engaged
  • Press Releases, based on briefings from the respective Product Managers
  • Responsible for identifying key opportunities for social media marketing
  • Development and implementation of social media strategy including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube
  • Proactive development and nurturing of social media communities, including participation in forums, discussion boards, and providing thought leadership, adhering to social media best practice
  • Expertise in SEO / SEM, up to date with search engine best practices, Google Analytics
  • Able to define and scope out SEM strategy and utilize currently untapped resources, such as AdWords, AdSense, etc.


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication, Business or related field, a Master's degree and relevant international certifications will be appreciated
  • Between three (3) and seven (7) years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital communications and social media marketing, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+
  • Expert user of the English language - preferably mother tongue or C2 level at a minimum
  • Google certification for AdWords and Analytics would be an advantage
  • A strong online marketing background, who has worked effectively to deliver SEO, SEM, mobile applications and an excellent user experience
  • Unrivalled copywriting skills (English & Greek) for different audiences (media, end-customers, partners, etc)
  • Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Highly skilled communicator, creative and innovative thinker, able to lead the division into the next phase of its online growth
  • Proven analytical skills working with web analytics tools
  • ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset.
