HR Business Partner(HRBP_04) 
Who we are
Sioufas & Associates is a market-leading Law firm company, dedicated in providing qualitative and innovative solutions to their clients' legal issues. The company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to strengthen the existing HR team. You will be part of the HR team and you will provide HR support to the line managers and the employees. You will need to be proactive, able to perform a wide variety of tasks and be passionate about adding value to your business partners.  
You will report to the HR Manager. 

Responsible 
  • Be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with the Line Managers in order to formulate and implement solutions
  • Handle operational issues such as absence and performance management 
  • Work closely with your manager and HR colleagues, to contribute to HR projects, and provide ideas and suggestions
  • As an HR Team you are responsible for Talent Management activities (developing & bringing in external talent, developing internal talents)
  • Implement various HR initiatives and ensure that activities are aligned to the HR strategy
  • Manage Recruitment and Selection process
  • Participate & provide advice in Yearly Training Plan, Evaluation process and ad-hoc HR projects                                  

Skilled: 
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position is necessary (experience in recruitment agency / mass recruitment will be highly appreciated) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Master Degree in Human Resources will be an asset  
  • Fluent in English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent  communication skills          
  • Proactive, able to multi task and prioritize, without close supervision
