Your role:

As a customer service/tech support representative your role is, to handle customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. Via inbound calls, emails and chat you help the customer troubleshoot issues with their products and follow through until a resolution is reached.

  • Strong tech skills and familiarity with new technologies.
