Location: Athens, Greece

Role: Customer Service & Technical Support

Employment Type: Full-Time_8hrs per day / 5 days per week (Rotating Shifts)

Job Description:

  • To efficiently and effectively service customers or prospective customers via Inbound calls, chatting and email in both Dutch and English.
  • Resolve customer support related issues and provide clients with proper solutions to their concerns.
  • Deliver excellent service to the customer in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
  • Build customer relationships-earn their loyalty and trust by being polite and helpful.
