Senior Systems Engineer


We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented engineer for our Athens headquarters to join our team as a

Senior Systems Engineer

Reporting to the IT Services Division Manager, the successful candidate will be one of the senior members of the IT team, with responsibilities around providing technical expertise and support to company’s clients, leading planned projects, architect new solutions, and executing ongoing management of internal systems.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledge of the customer’s existing IT environment and participate in architecting the environment required for new implementations
  • Install, configure, maintain, upgrade Microsoft Dynamics solutions (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Relevant certifications will be considered a plus
  • Deal with clients resolving client infrastructure technical issues arising during ERP/ CRM/ HRM project implementation
  • Install, configure, maintain, upgrade all hardware - storage, virtual/physical servers, network equipment, etc.


In this role, you will work collaboratively with other team members, business users, and the 3rd party vendors to lead the technology rollouts.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the field of system administration, customer support, supporting IT applications, performing software installations and general IT troubleshooting
  • Experience in Microsoft Server environments supporting:
    • Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 /2012 Server, Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows 8
    • Strong hands-on technical infrastructure skills including Desktop Services, Servers, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, IPSec
    • Deep Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange and SharePoint
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365
    • Strong virtualization skills in Hyper-V and ESX/VMWare Servers
  • Knowledge of SAN storage topologies
  • Understanding of VOIP / Video Conferencing concepts and technologies
  • Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and UCCX will be a considerable plus
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls & access points
  • VLANs & DMZ zones
  • ISO 27001 procedures is a plus
  • Relevant certifications will be considered a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Fluency in English.
